Our Promise: T-N-T Mustang Connection wants you the customer to be satisfied with everything you purchase from us,so if within 7 days of invoiced date you are not satisfied with a part,contact us via email and we will take the steps towards correcting the problem(See Return/Exchange policy for instructions)

Return/Exchange: The staff at T-N-T Mustang Connection will try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. First email us at info@tntmustangconnection.com with the invoice # and the reason for the return to obtain a RAN# (Return Authorization Number). Then the return# must be clearly printed on the package near your return address. Packages that do not have authorization will not be accepted. All returns must include a copy of the invoice and the return shipping must be prepaid. COD'S are not accepted. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee, while exchanged items are done at no cost. All items that are returned must be in perfect "NEW" condition and in it's original packaging and must be made within 7 days of the invoiced date.

Backorders: We will attempt to fill every order within 24 hours. In case of backorders, the backorderd items will automatically be shipped as inventory becomes available. T-N-T MUSTANG has the right to cancel any backorder 30 days after the placement of the order, at which time a refund will be issued to the customer.

Payment: All orders will be processed online. Note that you do not need a Paypal account to order on our website, you can pay with any major credit card. No checks, moneyorders or COD will be accepted.

Any overpayment will be refunded in the form of a check or credit to the account of the buyer. Shipping may be more or less, depending on size and weight.

Orders shipped by truck: Items that are to big to ship UPS Ground must be shipped by truck freight. These items are marked in the catalog. There is a $10.00 packaging charge per truck order. If you have any questions about shipping charges on any order call for an estimate. We suggest having truck freight orders shipped to a business address because of the extra cost for residentail deliveries.

Damages: T-N-T Mustang Connection will take all steps to ensure your parts arrive in great condition. Please inspect your order completely while the carrier is present and have him or her note any damages. If damage is found, the carrier will take all necessary steps to settle the claim. (do not return the damage parts to T-N-T Mustang Connection we are not responsible for freight damages. If damages are not reported at time of delivery, the carrier mat not honor the claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing: T-N-T Mustang Connection will attempt to maintain the prices of the parts as accurately a possible. But due to the price changes in today's market,we reserve the right to change the prices or withdraw a product or products without notice. Prices charged shall be those prevailing at the time of delivery.
